European countries:

 

 Britain: December 24 to January 5.

 

 France: December 23 to January 5.

 

 Germany: December 24 from noon to the 26th and the 29th to the 2nd.  Some companies have Christmas and New Year holidays from December 20 to 29 and from the 1st to the 4th.

 

 Italy: December 18th to January 4th.

 

 Switzerland: December 24 to January 4.

 

 Sweden: December 23 to January 9.

 

 Netherlands: December 24 to January 6.

 

 Greece: December 24 to December 25.

 

 Denmark: December 22 to January 2.

 

 Finland: December 24 to January 6.

 

 Austria: December 22 to January 6.   

 

 Ireland: December 22 to January 5.

 

 Poland: December 24 to January 4.

 

 Czech: December 21 to January 5.

 

 Spain: December 23 to January 6.  The regulations are the 24th half day, 25th full day, 31st half day and 1st full day.  But it also takes a week, from the 20th to the 27th.  Some companies have holidays from the 24th to the 28th, from the 29th to the 7th.

 

 Portugal: From December 24 to January 5, many companies only put on the 25th, 26th and 1st.

 

 

 American States:

 

 US: December 22 to January 5.

 

 Canada: December 24, half a day to December 28, in fact, until January 4.

 

 Mexico: December 22 to January 5.

 

 Brazil: December 8th to January 4th are more holidays.  The holidays are on the 24th, 25th and 31st, 1st.  Some companies have holidays from December 21 to January 3.

 

 Chile: December 25 to January 4.

 

 Bolivia: December 21 to January 4.

 

 Asian - African countries:

 

 Russia: Orthodox.  From January 1 to January 10 ( most companies start their holidays on December 22 ).

 

 India: India has too many festivals.  The state provides for a day off on Christmas Day, not too grand.

 

 Malaysia: December 25 to January 4.

 

 Indonesia: December 24th to January 4th Nigeria: December 23rd, half a month.

 

 Thailand: December 30 to January 4, New Year's Day.

 

 South Africa: December 18 to January 12.

 

 Philippines: The longest Christmas holiday in the world.  Traditionally, Christmas in the Philippines starts on December 16, and the holiday lasts until the end of the first week in January of the following year.

 

 Japan: Christmas is not a legal holiday.  However, December 23, which is close to Christmas, is the national holiday for the birth of the emperor, and the people have also accepted the western tradition of celebrating Christmas, but their new year is a more important holiday.  New Year's Day Holidays December 28 to January 4.

 

 Egypt: December 24th to January 10th.

 

 Oceania countries:

 

 Australia: From December 18 to February of the following year, many people went traveling together during the summer holidays.  Christmas holidays run from December 23 to January 7.

 

 New Zealand: From December 18 to the end of January and the beginning of February, many people went to travel during the summer holidays.  Christmas vacation December 20 to January 7.
